Return & Refund Policy

At Haircraft Luxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we deal in 100% natural human hair products, including wigs, hair toppers, extensions, and hair replacement systems, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original condition

The product is returned in original packaging with tags intact

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or tried-on hair products are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made wigs or hair systems (size, colour, density, cap design, or texture customised)

Products altered, cut, coloured, styled, or fitted after delivery

Products purchased under discounts, offers, or clearance sales

Chemo wigs or medical wigs once tried or used

DIY hair patches once opened

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with:

Clear photos/videos of the product

Original packaging images

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or original payment mode, depending on the case

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection

Shipping, handling, and consultation charges are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is from Haircraft Luxe

We recommend using a trackable courier service

Haircraft Luxe is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not started

Once processing or customization begins, cancellation is not permitted

7. Store Purchases

Products purchased at our HSR Layout, Bangalore store are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of manufacturing defects identified at the time of purchase.
